We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data list. However, we do share information with brokers, lenders and selected providers in order to deliver the introduction service you request, and we may receive commission or referral fees if you proceed with a product or service.

7. Credit, Identity And Fraud Checks

The brokers, lenders and service providers we introduce you to may use your information to assess eligibility, verify your identity, verify your business, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money laundering checks, carry out business verification checks, perform soft credit searches through credit reference agencies, and submit credit applications where you have agreed to proceed.

15. Third-Party Privacy Notices

Where we introduce you to a broker, lender or service provider, that organisation may become responsible for how it uses your information. Those organisations will process your information in accordance with their own privacy notices, terms and procedures.

We recommend that you read the privacy notice of any broker, lender or provider before proceeding with an application, offer or service.

16. Automated Decision-Making

Prime Vantage does not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Brokers, lenders and service providers may use automated tools or scoring systems to assess eligibility, affordability, fraud risk or suitability. Where this applies, the relevant organisation should explain this in its own privacy notice.
